Latina Equal Pay Day

Latinas in the U.S. earn just 54 cents for every dollar paid to white men, a stark reminder of ongoing inequality. At the We Are All Human summit at the United Nations in New York, we launched a powerful awareness campaign: a dollar bill resized to reflect what Latinas actually earn. The bill appears in real workplaces where Hispanic women are the backbone of business, urging people to share photos and spark action for #LatinaEqualPayDay.
