DATA DELETION

In Rooferos (a WhatsApp service operated by Beautiful Beast) you can stop messages and request deletion of your data at any time. Here's how.

1. Stop messages (opt out)

Reply on WhatsApp with STOP, PARAR, BAJA, or CANCELAR. Your opt-out is processed immediately and we will stop sending you messages.

2. Delete your data

To have us erase the information associated with your number, choose either option:

• Send the word ELIMINAR (delete) on WhatsApp to the Rooferos number, or
• Email jj@beautifulbeastad.com from any device, including the WhatsApp phone number you participated with.

3. What we delete and how long it takes

We will delete your contact profile and associated data (name, zip code, state, certification level, conversation history) within 30 days of your request, except for what we must retain to meet a legal obligation. We will confirm the deletion once complete.
