  • Your WhatsApp phone number and the profile name you have set.
  • Registration data: name, zip code (from which we derive your state), certification level, and the source you came from.
  • The content of the messages you send and receive, so we can respond and improve the service.
  • The date of your consent (opt-in) and, if applicable, your opt-out date.

2. How we use your information

  • Register you and maintain your participation in the community.
  • Answer your questions about products, certifications, representatives, and programs. Some responses are generated automatically with artificial intelligence from our knowledge base.
  • Send you educational and follow-up content within WhatsApp's rules.
  • Operate, analyze, and improve the service.

3. Consent and opt-out

You join by invitation and through your express consent (opt-in). You can withdraw it and stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, PARAR, BAJA, or CANCELAR. We honor opt-outs immediately.

4. Who we share your information with

We share data only with the providers that operate the service: Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) for messaging, and artificial intelligence and infrastructure providers that help us generate responses and host data securely.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your information while you participate in the community. You can request deletion of your data at any time by following our data deletion instructions.

6. Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, as well as opt out. To exercise these rights, message us on WhatsApp or use the contact email below.

We apply reasonable measures to protect your information and limit access to the data to the personnel and providers who need it to operate the service.
