1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by BeautifulBeast (“Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website at https://beautifulbeastad.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

3. Client Engagement and Responsibilities
Clients engaging with BeautifulBeast agree to:Ad Age+10LinkedIn+10ContactOut+10
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of services.
Cooperate with the Agency in a timely manner to facilitate project completion.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the services.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials created by BeautifulBeast, including but not limited to designs, strategies, and content, remain the intellectual property of the Agency unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of the engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of the engagement.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Clients agree to adhere to the payment schedules and terms specified therein. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as stipulated in the service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
BeautifulBeast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.Beautiful™+9LinkedIn+9ContactOut+9
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered shall become immediately due.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
BeautifulBeast reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.HispanicAd+1LinkedIn+1
